Quincy Carr Benefitting Pearls of Hope Community Foundation

Quincy Carr, proudly hailing from Austin, Texas, is a one-of-a-kind, multi-talented comedian whose gifts translate well beyond the stage. A U.S. Navy Veteran, Quincy first discovered his love for comedy in Virginia Beach in 1999 after a coworker suggested he try comedy and took him to a karaoke bar where Quincy (fully) performed the Michael Jackson’s “Beat It” song and re-enacted the entire video having the crowd in stitches, followed by applause at the end. Soon after, his first stand up performance came at a local area comedy club and the rest was history. Since then, he has become widely recognized as the “Quality Comedy King” — a powerhouse entertainer, entrepreneur, actor, philanthropist, and on-air personality whose career spans over two decades. Known for bringing laughter to audiences worldwide — whether headlining major cruise lines, appearing on Drybar Comedy, Amazon Video, TruTV, HBO Max, or being heard on Sirius XM — Quincy’s instant appeal and delivers clean, relatable humor that feels welcoming to adult and family audiences alike. In 2010, Quincy rebranded his comedy to keep it profanity-free, establishing Virginia’s only monthly clean adult comedy showcase, under the registered trademark Quality Comedy brand called, The Quality Comedy Series, at the Virginia Beach Funny Bone (later relocated to Dave & Busters, Virginia Beach in March of 2017). Since 2022, his signature brand has also been the foundation of the summer comedy TV series “Coast Comedy Live” where he has (3) performances and is the series talent & booking coordinator on WTKR (local CBS Affiliate). Beyond the stage, Quincy has produced multiple live stand-up comedy events nationwide, his own television show, a stand-up comedy special, and currently serves as an Executive Producer and co-host of the weekly entertainment shows Living 757 and Main St. Living on the YurView Network. His talents extend to philanthropy, where he has proudly helped raise over $24,000 for single mothers to further their education, and nonprofit organizations. It’s important to Quincy to share his access using his wit and charisma to uplift and inspire communities across the country. Quincy’s brand has grown from local stages to a national and now global reach, with future plans to open the first-ever clean adult comedy club in Virginia. He is also the founder of Perfect Human, a motivational lifestyle apparel brand offering T-shirts, wristbands, and ball caps that inspire excellence and confidence. Whether entertaining audiences at sea, producing television content, building inspirational brands, or giving back to his community, Quincy Carr continues to deliver entertainment with heart, humor, and unmatched professionalism — proving that quality always leaves a lasting impression. If you want laughs you’ll remember for a lifetime, be sure to grab a ticket to Quincy’s next live performance — before they’re sold out!
