They envision a world where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities share the same options and opportunities for a well-lived life as all other members of the community. Matan is committed to meeting Jewish communities, organizations, and schools where they are on their inclusion journey. They work collaboratively to train, coach, and guide Jewish communal professionals, lay leaders and educators towards systemic disability inclusion.

A native New Yorker, Jeff made his national TV debut on CBS as a comedian on the "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson." He has also appeared on Comics Unleashed, Comedy.tv, Byron Allen’s nationally syndicated Entertainment Studios program, ABC-TV, KGO Radio, AM810 in San Francisco, CA, and America's Got Talent on NBC. He's opened for and performed with comic legends Robert Klein, Mort Sahl, Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Elayne Boosler, Jimmy "JJ" Walker, and more. He entertains audiences around the globe, and his highly acclaimed Dry Bar Comedy Special was released in 2022.
Jeff was cast by Sandy Hackett, the late Buddy Hackett’s son, to play the principal role of Joey Bishop in the long-running musical tribute “The Rat Pack Is Back,” in San Francisco, Chicago, and Las Vegas. Jeff is also credited and appears in the blockbuster film “The Pursuit of Happyness,” starring Will Smith, and is the co-creator of "Latkes & Laughs," a holiday comedy show, and "The Relatively Happy Hour," a virtual comedy show that features TOP performing comedians from all over the world.
